After 20 years of working with other partners, Anthony Sanseviro decided that he needed to branch out and form a company that shared his dedication and hard work ethic.  In 1986, A. Sanseviro Insurance Agency was established in Sayville, New York.  Our agency has grown to be a full service insurance agency offering all types of insurance.  We currently serve the needs of many individuals and businesses in Nassau, Suffolk and the five boroughs.

A. Sanseviro Insurance Agency has five employees with three family members who are licensed producers.  We have two employees who manage the customer care of our existing accounts.  We pride ourselves in the customized attention given to all of our accounts, and are proud that this reputation has followed us for the last twenty years. We work hard for both our insured and our carriers to make sure it is a good fit for all parties.  In circumstances where we feel we cannot meet or exceed the expectations of all the entities involved, we will opt not to write the business, and instead act in an advisory manner. 

Our agency currently writes with Merchants Insurance Group, with whom we have been a member of the Elite Presidents Club for the last five years.  Our other carriers include Progressive, Auto One, Foremost and GMAC.  Additionally, we have extensive business with General Agents where we have access to Hanover, Hartford and One Beacon and other "A" rated carriers.

The A. Sanseviro sales staff consists of Anthony Sr., who has been in the industry for over 40 years.  Anthony handles all of our commercial, life and health lines.  Jeanne Sanseviro has over 16 years of insurance experience, and has been a critical member of the organization since 1990.  Jeanne handles both personal and health lines. Anthony Sanseviro Jr., who has been around the business his whole life, recently retired from the FDNY and joined our sales team a year ago.

Our client service representatives are Mary Foote and Rose Aiello.  Mary has extensive experience with the commercial line of business, and manages all respective inquiries from clients and prospects.  Mary has been with Anthony Sr. for over 30 years, remaining loyal to the business when he opened this agency.  Rose manages our personal lines service.  Rose has been in the business for over 5 years and has just joined our agency this  year.  We all work together to make sure that our customers and carriers get the service they deserve.

Our marketing strategy targets Suffolk and Nassau Counties.  We work on the premise that we are a family owned and operated organization.  Our name is on the product so we take great pride in what we sell and service.  A. Sanseviro advertises in local newspapers and we sponsor many charity functions in the Sayville area (golf outings, fundraisers, etc.).  We feel our involvement in these local functions truly brings out our ongoing commitment to the community and our genuine concern for the people we grew up with.
